Lindy Nikken Real Estate is an expat broker in The Hague since 2006. We are a real estate agency specialized in buying, selling and renting residential properties for foreign nationals in The Hague and surroundings.

Lindy Nikken Real Estate acts as an intermediary between the buyer and the seller. We accompany buyers by finding suitable houses and apartments based on their preferences, budget, and requirements. We help sellers find the most suitable buyer and achieve the optimal selling price. We assist with the biddings and the negotiations, the paperwork in Dutch and the complete process involved in a real estate purchase or sale transaction.

Lindy Nikken Real Estate also offers rental home search guidance for expats who are looking to rent a property in The Hague or Leiden. We as well help homeowners let their properties and offer property management during the rental period.
