As an independent Expat Broker – Buying Agent we buy residential – and investment properties on behalf of our clients. To prevent any conflict of interest, we do not sell – but only buy properties. This way our service is very transparent and you will know for sure that we only have your best interest at heart. Our clients are mainly expats and repats. That means we will make sure that you will be able to sell or rent out your home later, without problems. We will therefore always look at the investment value and protect you against any possible (financial) risk.
When you are here on a temporary basis, our Rental Department can find you your perfect rental-home, based upon your personal wishes and requirements. If you do not know in which area you want to live, we are happy to take you for a house tour first. Afterwards you will know better where you would feel the most comfortable.
We also rent out property for our clients. When you are leaving the Netherlands again for a business opportunity elsewhere or you just want to buy a bigger house because of family expansion. And, if you want, we can take care of your home while you are away, Property Management is also one of our services.
