Rental Packages
We offer the Welcome to the Netherlands package for clients that are looking for a temporary home in the Netherlands.
We want you to feel at home in your new country as quickly as possible.
We will search for you in- and outside the mainstream channels, based upon your wishes and requirements.
We will be looking for the right place in the right location, close to schools, shops and sportclubs or on a more quiet location, if preferred.
When your dreamhouse is found, we will ensure a rental contract based upon everything that is agreed upon and without any legal pitfalls.
We will be your guide, from the first viewing until the moment your will get the keys of your own place, we take all your worries away.
When leaving the Netherlands for a business opportunity elsewhere or otherwise, many decisions need to be taken.
If, on top of that, you also want to hold on to your precious home, then renting out seems as a good possibility. For those clients we offer the Forever Dutch package.
Many clients that bought their home with us a while ago found their way back to our office. They decided to move on to another country again or simply wanted to keep their house as an investment but needed another home for more space. We know exactly what your home means to you. We will do everything possible letting you leave your home safely and return to your home with confidence.
Because we are personally involved with all of our clients, we will find you a tenant that is worthy living in your home when you are away.
We will see to it that all other real estate agents know that your house is for rent but we also have contact with international companies and relocation agencies. We have a large (international) network.
When you are abroad, you will probably have no time nor the possibility to deal with your house and/or keeping your tenant happy. We are happy to take that responsibility off of your shoulders and can also provide Property Management for your rented house. We will be taking your worries away, not only if you have to go abroad but also when you simply have no time to worry about your rented property.
