The Sales Service Package includes the following: 

• Free intake and sales price proposal
• performing the necessary promotional activities and arranging the necessary promotional material
• collecting and requesting information on legal, tax, structural and other relevant aspects regarding the Object and, where necessary, providing information on the aforementioned aspects
• assisting with acquiring an energy label*
• organizing and supervising viewings
• providing advice on and draw up the purchase agreement
• supervising finalization of the purchase

Fee:

• Our brokerage fee is 1% of the sales price with a minimum of €5.000,- (incl. 21% VAT).
• The brokerage fee does not include a media package. The media packages available will be given by the real estate agent.
• *Fees of additional third party services are not included in the brokerage fee.
