Lindy Nikken Real Estate offers property purchase guidance form A to Z! As a real estate broker we offer different service packages for expats who wish to buy a house or apartment in The Hague. Our “Extended Service Package”, the mostly preferred by expats, includes a complete guidance through the whole property purchase process from the beginning until the end: from the search & viewings & bidding & purchase contract & transfer by the notary & key handover. We also advise on a financial and/or mortgage advisor and help arranging the technical survey and the valuation.

If needed, we can help you move your belongings within the Netherlands or from abroad with our professional moving partner WINDMILL FORWARDING.

We offer an unlimited number of viewings on a “No cure, no pay!” base. You pay our fee at the end at the notary when you sign the deed of your new home.
