We arrange international movings from abroad to the Netherlands. Once you are ready for the next step and want to buy your own house or apartment, we assist you during the complete purchase proces. When it’s time for you to leave the Netherlands, we help you sell your property. If you want to keep your house or apartment as an investment, we let it for you and take care of the property management. And the circle is round when we help you move back to your country. You can step in at every stage or can only take one service – we help you!

As a real estate broker we offer expats who wish to buy a house or apartment in The Hague complete guidance from the beginning until the end: from the search & viewings through the bidding & purchase contract, until the transfer by the notary and the key handover. We also advise on a financial and/or mortgage advisor and help arranging the technical survey and the valuation.

We offer an unlimited number of viewings on a “No cure, no pay!” base. You pay our fee at the end at the notary when you sign the deed of your new home.

Lindy Nikken Real Estate offers complete assistance by selling your property. As a real estate broker we offer a free intake and price proposal, listing of the property, collecting and requesting information on legal, tax, structural and other relevant aspects regarding the object, organize and supervise viewings, collect the biddings, provide advice on and draw up the purchase agreement and supervise the finalization of the purchase.

We can help you find the optimal rental property in The Hague and Leiden even if you have not yet arrived in The Netherlands yet. We offer a free introduction call via video, online administration and arranging viewings of rental properties via video call when you are still abroad, we negotiate on your behalf and supervise in the rental contract, we offer help with setting up utilities, we arrange the inspection of the house with proper condition report and accompany you until the hand-over of the keys.

We offer an unlimited number of viewings on a “No cure, no pay!” base. You pay our fee at the end, when you sign the rental contract of your new home.
