That is why we also offer you our “Peace of mind” Property Management Package when you let us take care of the property management of your house or apartment.

We can take care of the rentals, management and maintenance the whole year around.

“Peace of Mind” Property Management Package includes the following: 

• Processing of requests and complaints of the tenant
• Processing monthly rent payments and follow up with late payments
• Arrange for repairs- and maintenance to be carried out
• Contacting association of owners (VvE) with regard to maintenance and repairs
• We can also offer you reliable contractors and handymen from within our network
• Please, note: the Property Management Service is only available in combination with the Letting Service Package

Fee:

• The property management fee is to be paid monthly and is on request, custom-made for your property.
