I was looking for an apartment in Den Haag. Lindy and her team were very fast to understand what I was looking for and guided me through the full process from visits to signature. Communication was very professional, efficient and I always felt that I counted with an expert opinion and support through the process. After some closer friends referred Lindy so highly, we already had high expectations about her work. What turned out it was even better than we expected. In only a bit more than one week from our first contact to offer accepted, we landed our dream house, given the very heated real estate market in Den Haag. Besides being so fast, the house was better than we expected, in a location that we REALLY wanted and at a great value. She is a skilled negotiator and also helped us frame what we want, given our family needs. Her staff was also excellent, very professional, and timely communication.

The entire process was made extremely enjoyable and painless thanks to Lindy and Malou’s hard work.

Viewing of properties (even those not yet listed) were arranged quickly and to the requirements made. They listen to suggestions as well and helped wherever required.

Once the property I liked was selected they were able to help negotiate the price and organize everything extremely quickly. Even when unexpected issues arose at the last minute, Lindy and Malou were able to sort those out just as quickly as they came up.

We were looking for a flat for one of my kids to attend University near Den Haag. We attempted a few agents but Lindy’s expat service finally was able to respond. Given travel restrictions we had to co-ordinate the purchase across three countries ( Canada,UK and Netherlands). Neither my wife or I needed to travel to make the purchase happen. Lindy was able to arrange viewing, lawyers, notaries on our behalf. We quickly found a place we felt was suitable and we proceeded to make an offer and purchase.

Malou in the office was also a great help with the range of paper work and communication. The entire process was easy including assistance in utilities hook ups. Lindy solved an after purchase issue as well that might have dragged had she not intervened.

The transaction was completed in July 2020.
