The “Expat rental service package” is made for expats who already live in The Netherlands and want to upgrade their living situation. We show you around personally in the area’s you like and visit all the properties together with you.

The Expat Rental Service Package includes the following: 

• Free personal introduction meeting
• Show you around the areas of the city that meet your requirements
• Search for your home away from home
• Arrange and personally accompany you to viewings
• Negotiate on your behalf and secure your wishes in the rental contract
• Check the rental contract being watertight with regard to content and possible legal issues
• Help with setting up utilities
• Arranging the inspection of the house with proper condition report
• Hand-over of the keys

Fee:

• Our Expat Rental Service Package costs one month rent with a minimum of €2.000,- (incl. 21% VAT).
• We offer an unlimited number of viewings on a “No cure, no pay!” base.
• You pay our fee at the end when you sign the rental contract of your new home.

Rates apply since 1st of January 2026.
