- performing the necessary promotional activities and arranging the necessary promotional material
- collecting and requesting information on legal, tax, structural and other relevant aspects regarding the Object and, where necessary, providing information on the aforementioned aspects
- assisting with acquiring an energy label or energy performance certificate
- organising and supervising viewings
- providing advice on and draw up the purchase agreement
- supervising finalisation of the purchase
Brokerage fee is 1% of the sales price with a minimum of € 4.995,- (including 21% VAT)
Fees
The brokerage fee does not include a media package. The media packages available will be given by the real estate agent.
*Fees of additional third party services are not included in the brokerage fee.
